42. Harmonium, Robert Charlebois, Morse Code, Ville Emard Blues Band, Offenbach, Louise Forestier, Beau Dommage, Aut'chose, Marie Claire et Richard Séguin, Frank Marino & Mahogany Rush
Wonderful John; I had forgotten about La Complainte Du Phoque En Alaska by Beau Dommage. Poor seal; he lost his girlfriend to America. A sad but common story.
Of course, of course, certainly! Beau Dommage! Returning to these artists, I remember how good Offenbach and Frank Marino were, but some of the others, they just blow me away as I listen to their albums again now. Morse Code was equal to any progressive rock band of the era, and Aut'Chose. What can I say. Fantastic and so Quebec. About a week of so ago, I attended a concert with The Box in Stirling, Ontario which is close to where I live. A wonderful concert. They performed Safety Dance as their final encore. So much fun. Of course Jean Marc left Men Without Hats to form The Box. Sass Jordan was a backup singer with them on Closer Together. So much talent in Quebec.
